About NestNotes

Renting is one of the largest financial decisions most people make, and the people best positioned to warn you about a bad unit or a negligent landlord are the tenants who lived there before you.

Why we built this

Listing sites are paid by landlords. Review platforms for restaurants, hotels, and employers exist — but the rental market is still a black box. We started NestNotes so renters can share verified, structured reviews of the places they've lived: the maintenance, safety, noise, pests, landlord behavior, and value.

Our principles

  • Honest by design. Every review is tied to a real account, ratings are structured, and moderators review flagged content.
  • Address-first. Reviews follow the property, not the listing, so the history travels with the unit forever.
  • Tenant-owned. No landlord can pay to bury a review, and we will never sell renter contact data.
